- snow removal from roads, driveways, front walks and porches
- clubhouse cleaning and maintenance
- operation and maintenance of water and waste-water treatment systems
- maintainence of storm drain system
- master insurance policy for property and casualty losses to the common elements and the units, exclusive of improvements and betterments installed in the units by the unit owners other than by the developer
- twice weekly garbage collections
- once weekly recycling collections
- Unit owners are responsible for:
- interior of units including floor covering, ducting, paint, plumbing, furnace and water heater
- exterior improvements including decks and patios, and any custom landscaping and plantings
- maintenance of back and side (end units) yard owner improvements including any landscaping or plantings
- condominium unit insurance policy, covering the interior of the individual unit, improvements and personal property
